    We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

Return & Refund Terms And Conditions

  • Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched and unstitched clothing, including Lehengas, Salwar Suits, Gown, Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for damaged products. For which you have to provide open video of the product from the courier bag, you have to check the product against the video. Please Don’t Open Courier Bag Without Start Video, If We Found Any Type Of Change In Courier Bag Then We Not Accept Return. 

    At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. We will issue 70% refund of damaged un stitched product price. ( 30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.) We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost,  taxes, if applicable. In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund dressbazzar.com will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.


  • Customer have to bare the shipping cost while returning the unstitched  or stitched products in any case. Dressbazzar.com will not bare any kind return shipping cost.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 Hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 4 to 5 working days. We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Return requests regarding strains or damage faults need to be filed within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery. In these cases you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product. We do not cancel the placed order after 2-3 hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 2-3 hrs you will have to pay 20% bank payment processing charges from your total order amount. We do not provide any cancellation if order is in processing and products are received. We don’t provide any refunds for the same. Cancellation amount will be credited as Dressbazzar Store Credit or Coupons.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
Express Shipping: Typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery.

Color And Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Koraah.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
